Shipping Policy

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We use a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00 – Amsterdam) are processed the same day. All products go through a short processing stage before shipping.

After processing, average shipping takes 4–7 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding if delays occur. We will keep you informed and always aim to minimize delays.
