Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. You will receive a refund for the full order amount including shipping costs.

Return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. For exact rates, please consult your carrier’s website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To use this right, please contact us at support@mineria.com. We will refund the amount due within 30 days after your return has been registered, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
